It took three Ads to convince us that the overly anticipated Apple iPhone is finally shipping on the 29th of June. But here is a nugget that suggests that it will start shipping from 6.00 p.m. onwards. However it is not clear whether it will ship 6pm Pacific, or 6pm in each location. I guess Steve Jobs should be a bit more specific when he divulges information. If it’s local time that Apple opts for then the guys at east coast will have a chance to sample and warn the rest of the gang if their efforts in the queue are worth it!

Left; Bill Gates in 1984 and; Bill Gates during commencement ceremonies at Harvard University June 7, 2007.

There’s a great photo of Bill Gates from 1977, the year he would have graduated from Harvard if he hadn’t dropped out. He was 22 at the time and looks all of 16. He’s got a flowered collar, tinted glasses and feathered blond hair, and he looks so happy, you’d swear he knew what the rest of his life was going to be like. He also has a sign around his neck: it’s a mug shot. “I was out driving Paul [Allen]’s car,” Gates says, flashing that same smile 30 years later. “They pulled me over, and I didn’t have my license, and they put me in with all the drunks all night long. And that’s why the rest of my life, I’ve always tried to have a fair amount of cash with me. I like the idea of being able to bail myself out.” Mission accomplished. (more…)

What’s taken over everyone? Why is everyone suddenly getting into mobile phones? The answer is because it works! People are not only taking fancy to them cause of the amazing features but it is more like a style statement now. Its time you walked down that street with your Porsche, yeah I am right no errors here, as I am referring to the Porsche P’9521 mobile phone. Porsche Design Mobile Group has collaborated with Sagem Communication are coming out with the first ever Porsche Design Mobile Phone, the P’9521. The lucky ones present at the Red Dot Design Museum in Essen witnessed Stephane Bret, director of Porsche Design Mobile Group with the very very desirable Porsche mobile phone. (more…)

Rolls Royce the absolute world-favorite has a good in fact great reason to party along with the die-hard lovers of this car. It was manufactured back in 1907 by Frederick Henry Royce and Charles Stewart Rolls. They wouldn’t have spent a single idle second after the car, silver ghost was introduced. Within 12 months the car had won the coveted gold medal for hill climbing speed and reliability at the 1907 Scottish Reliability Trial. with publicity and recognition it soon became ‘The’ car. Everyone wanted a rolls royce, that explains the sale of more than 6,000 “Silver Ghosts” between 1907 and 1925, and sold in every corner of the world. In order to celebrate its 100th year rolls royce has come out with a limited edition special model called the Phantom Silver , of which only 25 will be made. (more…)
